Mackenzie's journey into interior design began with a successful career in marketing, working with major brands including Live Nation, Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, and Greenhouse Juice Company. This unique background in brand strategy and consumer experience brings a distinctive perspective to her design approach—understanding not just how spaces look, but how they function and feel for the people who use them.
Inspired to pursue her passion for interior design, Mackenzie relocated to Los Angeles in 2023 to study at UCLA, where she honed her technical skills and design theory. She currently applies this expertise as a workplace designer for a global architectural firm, while running Holler Studio to serve residential and commercial clients throughout Alberta.
Now based back in Calgary, Mackenzie combines her marketing savvy with formal design training to create spaces that are both visually stunning and strategically designed for how you actually live and work.
